We prefer that your dog arrives as dry as possible because they are brushed through before they get their bath. If they are wet and mucky to start with it makes it difficult for us to assess what needs to be done and it can damage our equipment.

BATHING
A refreshing shower and mini massage using the most appropriate shampoo and/or conditioner for your dog’s coat.

DRYING
All dogs are first hand dried and if necessary finished with a warm air dryer while being brushed (we do not use cage dryers).

BRUSHING & COMBING
Your pet’s coat will be thoroughly brushed, combed and de-matted if necessary.

CLIPPING & SCISSORING
Your pet is hand stripped initially, clipped and/or scissored into a style of your choosing.

EAR CLEANING
Ears are checked and cleaned were necessary and hair will be removed from the ear canal to prevent infection.

NAIL TRIMMING
Nails are checked and trimmed as required.

FINISHING
Your pet will receive a spritz of our great smelling cologne to finish should you not object.
